MAT3 (Moving Ahead Together) is an acquired brain injury survivor's conference that is run by survivors for survivors.
On June 5 and 6, 2007, you're invited to join us in London, Ontario at Woodeden, located at 2311 Oxford Street West for a two day brain injury conference that is organized by survivors with the focus on fellow surivors of ABI and their families and primary caregivers. This year's keynote speaker will be CFL hall-of-famer Terry Evanshen, a fellow ABI survivor who has been announced as OBIA's spokesperson for the newly funded peer support mentoring program. Come hear Terry as he introduces this exciting new program and recount his inspiring struggles to reinvent and rebuild his life every day. The workshops will run both days and will be both informative and interactive. The registration fee is $50 ($65 if you require bedding) and includes all meals, lodgings, and all workshops. Registration deadline is May 11, 2007. Contact Cornerstone Clubhouse for more details at 519 432-4093.
