There are many great causes and organizations to support. It was an easy calling for me to apply to the Brain Injury Association of London And Region. The main reason is this being my chosen field of interest and passion. Part of growing personally and professionally, comes with learning from others. I needed to put myself in a position where I could do this. Having the privilege to be on this board has taken my growth to a new level. As a parent it’s nice to inform my kids I am part of a helmet fitting or event committee. This generates dialogue which offers my kids the understanding that giving back to a community you are part of is normal.
