Dale Brain Injury Services (DBIS) delivers a continuum of community based rehabilitation and continuing support services across Southwestern Ontario; to individuals living with the effects of acquired brain injury and stroke, and their care partners. Services are individually needs based and determined by the clients’ goals. A broad range of caregiver supports are also available and needs-based. In addition to individual supports, DBIS also has therapeutic and recreational groups for clients and caregivers, and provides clinical consultation and training for capacity building of formal and informal caregivers.
Driven by innovation and research, NeuroTrauma Rehabilitation (NTR) at St. Joseph’s Health Care London, a fee for service program, aims to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary rehabilitative care to individuals over the age of 16, with an emphasis on returning to meaningful and purposeful activity after a multitude of injuries.
