Brain Injury Support Group

Youth Support Group
Ages 14-19

This safe and inclusive space is designed for young people aged 14-19 who are navigating the challenges of living with a brain injury / concussion.

Our group provides a supportive environment where you can share your experiences, connect with peers, and gain valuable insights into issues such as mental health, relationships, school stress, and self-identity.

What to Expect:

Open Discussions: Engage in conversations about topics that matter to you. Share your thoughts, listen to others, and learn from different perspectives.

Activities: Participate in fun and interactive sessions that promote personal growth, coping strategies, and self-expression.

Peer Support: Build lasting friendships and a support network with other youth who understand what you’re going through.

Guidance from Facilitators: Our facilitators are here to offer guidance, resources, and a listening ear.
