Dale Brain Injury Services (DBIS) delivers a continuum of community based rehabilitation and continuing support services across Southwestern Ontario; to individuals living with the effects of acquired brain injury and stroke, and their care partners. Services are individually needs based and determined by the clients’ goals. A broad range of caregiver supports are also available and needs-based. In addition to individual supports, DBIS also has therapeutic and recreational groups for clients and caregivers, and provides clinical consultation and training for capacity building of formal and informal caregivers.
